LUWIREP® is an innovative two-component repair material from the Lutze Group, designed for the fast and effective on-site repair of damaged rubber conveyor belts without the need for vulcanization.
Damage that can be repaired with LUWIREP 70:
- punctures, tears and worn areas on rubber conveyor belts,
- restoration of heavily loaded areas on the belts,
- sealing of seams, joints or areas affected by wear that would otherwise continue to deteriorate,
- coating of mechanical welds or metal fasteners to prevent further damage or corrosion.
